Block Heels, finally.

We have a lot of shoes at home but I’m not a confessed shoeholic – it’s my Mom who is. We have the same taste (except for wedges) and since we do have same shoe size, I don’t need to buy anymore for myself. If my Mom is buying 10 shoes in a year, I’ll buy just one; and that’s always the case. I’m that lucky. Lols!

So we went to Liliw (few months ago) and I made her buy these very “in” shoes cause it really looks good on her (and I really like it for me). It’s the kind of shoes that the Manila’s IT girls wore on Solenn’s Bachelorette’s party – a block heels sandals. I’ve been wanting to have that kind of sandals when I was a part of my cousin’s entourage a year ago, but I can’t seem to find any. So when I found this one, for less than 500php, I didn’t think twice and just said everything nice about the sandals just so my Mom will buy it. Hahaha!

I paired it with my lovely thrift skirt and a simple Cambodia shirt from my twin sisters-from-another-motha. I especially like the shirt color as I really don’t have any shirt on this shade.

For a complete look, I used Casio’s Vintage Gold
watch and the most important element of my look, my Divine Wine lippie from Maybelline. ❤ G
